“Working with Wild Soils” An online workshop in collaboration with Companion Gallery, a fundraiser for Cerfplus

This two hour long online workshop will be a combination of lecture and demonstration where we will focus on wild soils and learn all about using wild soils and crushed rock to create surface variation in cone 6 oxidation. Details about the workshop. All participants will receive a recording of the workshop which will be available for 30 days.

100% of the funds raised from this workshop will be matched dollar for dollar (up to $10K) by a donor and the entire sum will be donated to CERF+ to help fellow artists who have had their lives upended by hurricane Helene.

We’ve all seen the shocking images showing the scale of destruction caused by hurricane Helene in the Western North Carolina region but what makes this one hit so close to our hearts is that it has directly affected the lives of so many of our fellow potters and friends who call that area their home. You can register for the workshop using the “Enroll” button. If you don’t plan to register for the workshop but would still like to donate then consider using the “Donate” button below. It will go towards the total that will be matched. Please direct any queries to: companiongallery@gmail.com
